We created a uniform brand platform that included marketing materials for on-campus events, follow-up messaging, and recruitment tools. Our campaign reflected Cisco work culture and various career options. We also built a website with social elements allowing students to interact with employees and recruiters. The site also hosted a streamlined application process.

The program launched in Spring 2011. Over 1900 members signed up and Cisco met hiring quotas for the spring recruitment season.
