Consistency drives any brand. So when Schwab.com underwent a design refresh in 2010, AboutSchwab.com needed to follow suit. The Schwab team wanted to do more than just refresh the design. As a result of a competitive RFP, CH partnered with the team to redesign, re-engineer and rebuild the entire AboutSchwab website.

Following an extensive content and technology audit, CH developed a plan to meet the long-term business goals, compliance regulations, and aggressive timeline to deliver the refreshed site. In addition, we developed a “people-centric” design approach that better reflected the people, mission, and vision of the Charles Schwab brand.
