Charles Schwab is a leading provider of investment services including online investing, financial advice, and banking solutions.

 

We began by interviewing key Schwab stakeholders to determine critical aspects of the user interface. We also implemented a new back-end content management system that allowed the company to make changes quickly without relying on outside resources.

 

The new site was well received with updating content much easier and a 20% increase in Career page visitors because of search engine optimization.
